Ministry Care service is an international service for pastors, teachers, staff, and their spouses and children. It is offered on a subscription basis to religious organizations or groups with a minimum of 25 participants.
The purpose of Ministry Care is to give religious professionals and their immediate family members, confidential access to the spiritual and emotional support a qualified Christian consultant can provide.
Ministry Care Line is designed to function as part of an organization’s employee assistance program. It has been shown that employee assistance plans enable a happier and more productive workforce. Ministry Care aims also to help the church fulfill the scriptural command to “bear one another’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2) for its own clergy, teachers, and other staff members.
Ministry Care consultants are available daily, Monday through Friday, including some evening hours.
This service was inaugurated in February 1992. There are currently over 4,500 eligible employee participants plus family members in about 40 subscribing organizations.
Services for our subscribing organizations are delivered through PsySon, a leading Christian online platform providing support grounded in Christian values.
